I used a rs232 cable and I connected picarro (COM1) with CR3000 (control ports). I wrote a code written in CRBasic and I used Loggernet to send it to the CR3000, but it didn't work.

in the logger menu (in terminal emulator) there is function P, communicates through the logger, then query the instrument and see if and what it responds or function W, watch the comm to see what is trafficking between them. Usually for me this is the first step when something is wrong
