CR1000X fixed ip adress "hidden" on local network

Hi,

I connected a CR1000X configured with a fixed IP adress as modbus slave using Ethernet (Master = PLC).

I can access CR1000X register using CP400 software on my computer through the Ethernet network, but when I tried to connect with the PLC, the CR1000X ip adress doesn't appear like if doesn't exist on the local network.

If I used cmd "ping" on the CR1000X fix Ip adress, I have no return.

Ping on CR1000X is disabled by default in the Network Services settings.
